The founding director Toka Machabaphala is originally from the rural village of Botlokwa outside Polokwane in Limpopo, South Africa. He pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University) in 2006.During this period at university, it became unambiguously certain that the intersection between the law and community development is paramount particularly in a developing economy like ours.
